The mission of Satellos is to invent and develop small molecule medicines that reset the body’s innate ability for self-repair as a novel therapeutic approach for the treatment of these devastating muscle disorders. Satellos has invented an orally available small molecule medicine, SAT-3247, that has completed POC studies demonstrating the ability to correct the stem cell deficiency in DMD in order to enable muscle regeneration to occur.
