- Use of GS BIS, GS Real-time and managing BDE. - Leading role in project team to roll out Informs Real-time product to PRM operation and cabin cleaning across all airlines at London Heathrow Airport.- Use Groundstars Business Intelligence System (MetaLayer & SQL) to build and design a variety of reports to assist the end users in better managing their operations. Provide KPI’s and SLA information.

- Work alongside other Movement Co-ordinators to ensure the correct day to day running of the ground operation, meeting targets, KPI’s and SLA’s.- Allocate staff to ensure the safe, timely and professional turnaround of aircraft.- Advanced knowledge of Informs GS Real-Time software.- Ensure operational programme is sufficently resouced.

- Use of Informs GS Planning and GS Real-time software.- Ensure successful delivery of rosters to the ground operation, planning leave and training.- Maximise crew productivity, operational robustness and strict cost control.

- Manage a small team to ensure correct loading and unloading of aircraft. - Operation of ground to aircraft headsets and aircraft pushbacks.- Maintain a safe and secure operation within the airside environment.- Ensure all actions are in line with relevant regulations and standard operating procedures.
