Michael Crow has been a leader in the venture , real estate, and banking industries for over three decades. He is a CPA, a licensed real estate broker and commercial insurance agent. The experience he has acquired in investing and founding several companies , led to founding Sureste Property Group in 2016 which grew to over $600 million AUM and 5,000 + units which was then successfully sold during 2020-2024. During this ownership period , due to rising insurance and utility costs , Michael developed and self funded Rezy Save which provides a patented and proprietary IoT and AI driven enterprise platform coupled with reduced insurance premiums from a new Rezy Insurance Captive. Rezy is now expanding quickly and growing 25 percent per quarter compounded Before founding Sureste, and then Rezy, Michael Crow was at Dunross Real estate working with family offices and institutions to acquire multifamily assets, partnered with Lehman Bros to build several platform loan and pension assets which grew to over $13 billion ,and previously was CEO of Crow & Co. Ltd., a diversified holding company that engaged in real estate development and acquisition, consulting, finance, software and data and investments, from 1994 to 2008. Prior to launching his own investment and VC firm, Michael served as Deputy to the Vice Chairman and was previously CFO for the International Operations, for seven years at Security Pacific National Bank (SPNB). Here, he helped oversee 60 percent of corporate profits in the "FSS" Financial Services portfolio. He was also a member of the Bank Senior Management Committee. Michael Crow began his career as CPA & Manager in International Tax and Consulting at Price Waterhouse in 1982. Michael was responsible for $8 billion of U.S. real estate acquisitions by the Government of Singapore (GSIC). Some of his other clients included Microsoft, General Atlantic, and Peninsula Hotel Group.
