 Order fulfillment – Successfully completed all incoming customer orders from picking to packing with high attention to details, accuracy, and care to ensure absolutely no damages were incurred in transit. Placed daily orders with multiple vendors for drop ship directly to our customers. When a customer needed a product that we did not currently stock, I quickly located that product through current vendors or sourced new vendors to meet the customer's needs. Website maintenance / updates – Routinely updated the e-commerce website by adding new products, updating current products, and updating pricing and SKU’s. Entered new customer accounts, set up new user logins, implemented all special custom account settings, and maintained accurate customer pricing. Inventory control – Received all incoming merchandise into inventory. Conducted quarterly and yearly counts of stocked product. Made daily checks to ensure in-stock availability of high volume products.
