Mr. Cuda is actively engaged in various financial aspects of the oil, gas and energy industry. His practice focuses on domestic and international energy, coal, solar, wind and oil and gas industry financing and M&A transactions, including oil and gas upstream through downstream operations, offshore production, and equipment and oilfield services finance, coal mining M&A transactions and solar and wind farm virtual power purchase agreements. Mr. Cuda also counsels clients in loan work-outs and other debt restructurings, including through bankruptcy proceedings.In addition to energy transactions, Mr. Cuda is involved in various types of syndicated, club and standalone lending transactions involving international currencies and collateral, public-private partnership financings, sports team and stadium financings, film, media and telecom financings, commercial business and middle market financings, financial derivatives as well as structuring credit facilities that involve public and private debt, multiple debt layers, multi-traunched loans and other related complex transactions. Mr. Cuda has over 30 years of experience in business and banking transactions generally, primarily as a lawyer, but also as a former banker. Mr. Cuda actively works with financial institutions on debt structuring and documentation matters, both in loan originations and debt restructurings.Mr. Cuda is a frequent lecturer on Oil, Gas, Energy and Financial Industry topics.
