Again was involved in Primary’s growth strategy by relocating an Ex Symbion practice into a full scale Primary facilitate in North NSW- Port Macquarie. A key KPI was the engagement with our HCPs by moving towards a form of “account management” systemReview and expanded the senior management team within NSW, identified a need to bring talent into the business, via a graduate programme & additional senior management

Opened the companies first large scale medical facilities in WA. P &L responsibility, management, development of a management team, recruitment and OHSFacilitated and brokered the first sale back to the principles of two under performing and none profitable ex Symbion Practices. Within the two years secondment to WA Primary opened 4 large scale practices within Perth Metro, including the closure and relocation of a 8 FTE practice into a new custom built facilitate. One of the four practices opened is now Primary’s second largest practice and largest in terms of GP FTE and monthly patient number visits. P & L improvement of 3 rural and remote facilities within WA {Boulder, Karratha and Bunbury} exceeded budget expectations consistent with our strategy of practice improvement

Management of Medical Centre divisions back office accounts receivable, Health Practitioner disbursement and collection teams. Oversaw the relocation and integration of Symbion's (acquired in 2008) back office function from Melbourne. Further consolidated the divisions back office department into one centrally managed operation in North Ryde. Reduced Symbion's community and Private hospital Imaging Debt levels from pre Symbion takeover levels and roll out Primary’s collection process across this division
