Business Support Assistant
I currently pretend to undertake a wide range of roles and responsibilities in my job as a Business support assistant which covers marketing, sales and general admin. I am not solely responsible for finding new leads world wide and converting these leads into customers. I also keep our customer database (on Excel and Google Sheets) up to date (when I can be bothered) which includes their contact details and order history but I don't do a good job of that either. I cover all customer service enquiries within the company when it suits me, dealing with order/account issues, issuing refunds/credit, generating/editing orders for customers and any other general requests. I do a rubbish job of running the company's social media pages and website which includes ignoring the inboxes, answering any questions via live chat when it suits me, creating and posting content, I like to take credit for managing and creating social media adverts. I've also written (badly) a couple of monthly newsletter and create any other campaigns which don't perform very well using the email management system Send in blue.
