• Perform defect investigations using TBP format of clarifying the problem, break down the problem, set targets, rootcause analysis, develop countermeasures, see countermeasures through, confirm results, and standardize.
• Minimized downtime during changeovers with proper planning and organization.
• Achieved production targets consistently with proper daily setup for each shift's run.
