Current• Found an Investment Banking firm focusing on capitalizing medium to large sized companies with equity and debt.• Created the largest apartment owner in San Francisco from 750 units to 8200 units through a series of acquisitions and adaptation of our business plan.• Originated and placed privately over $4.5 Billion for various clients with Apollo, Blackrock, UBS, Dillon Read, Arbor, among others. • Capitalized companies for acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and to provide the full range of growth funding.• Evolved into acquiring companies for my own account and turning them around. This operating experience brings a unique and valued perspective to my clients.• Involved in numerous leveraged buyouts, including the $45 Million purchase of a steel company, among others.• Raised over $600 Million for one client, both equity and debt, for a whole series of acquisitions.• Engaged by the Getty family to raise capital and turnaround their large hotel company. Responsible for a major expansion of the company, with the acquisition and development of 10 major flag hotel properties across the United States. This included a $32 Million Hilton Hotel, a $46 Million Radisson Hotel, and a $22 Million Holiday Inn, among others. Served on the Board of Directors.
