Privileged to be involved in vehicle development, testing and validation on domestic and export testing programs such as VE/VF Commodore, Cruze, Chevrolet SS, Chevrolet Camaro and Chevrolet Caprice Police Pursuit Vehicle. * Maintain, service and prioritise work on Vehicle Dynamics test car fleet * Prototype parts testing and validation * Extensive experience building Monroe twin tube dampers to Engineer's specification * Using Roehrig shock Dyno to validate performance of every damper rebuild * Bump steer wheel alignments to fine tune pivot points/geometry to achieve optimal bump steer * Fitting, testing, fault analysis of prototype electric steering systems and components * Sole support mechanic for VF SSV Ute lap record attempt at Nurburgring, Germany (April 2013) * Plan, prepare and provide mechanical support at track days: ie Winton & Phillip Island. * Installation of data acquisition equipment such as thermocouples and pressure transducers * Planning, preparation and assembly of prototype vehicles to strict specifications * Conducting post test inspections and providing technical documentation of findings
