Michael Cutruzzola’s passion for creating value, growing, and evolving has led to over a decade of building businesses across the apparel, agricultural, hydroponics, and medical cannabis sectors. He graduated The American Heritage Academy in Dallas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin, studying business.In 2005, Michael left his native Texas to pursue opportunities and build a business in the medicinal cannabis industry. His passion for growth took him to start many businesses in this space; from environmental control to automating systems for cannabis production. He’s recognized within the industry for his innovation and divergent mentality, having built some of the most advanced, automated grow rooms in the market. Leveraging his expertise in the cannabis industry, Michael’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to the then-newly popular electronic cigarette industry. He relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada and created several e-cigarette brands and took part in creating many trends and ultimately the current industry standards.Currently, Michael is the President of MFC Holdings, a Financial Holding Company, and sits on the board of Curved Capital which is a Hedge Fund in the crypto marketplace. As a partner at Ice Cream Social, a Social Media Marketing Company, Michael builds social presences for brands and companies. He manages over 250 thousand followers across social platforms. Michael is also a Founder or The Green Bonnet Company (Green Bonnet Pharms, Green Bonnet Extracts, Green Bonnet Pharm House). Michael enjoys traveling the world and learning the cultural insight of others. He has also invested in and is an authority on bitcoin and blockchain technology, speaking at bitcoin conferences and digital currency events globally. He has invested in bitcoin since it was about $27 a coin. He attributes his success in business to the pursuit of education from others, as well as giving back the knowledge and skills he’s obtained from his experiences.
