I am a soft matter physicist, kinetic sculptor, science communicator, public speaker and science policy advocate. I feel that these efforts and skills align around a central goal: engaging the public with science. I believe that the modern lag of critical thinking and science literacy is a fundamental source of disfunction in society. It is my life's goal to correct this problem and save the world from misery and disease and poverty.
