I still provide consulting services for Nations Construction. Prior to consulting, I was a full-time Project Manager responsible for overseeing light commercial and multi-family projects. I was further responsible for overall management, supervision, construction and development of commercial and multi-family projects for Nations Construction and NCM Development. I specialize in residential and multi-family construction and development. I have overseen the construction of more than 4,000 units totaling in over $300 million worth of construction costs. My real estate development has been focused on conventional multi-family housing and the TDHCA tax credit program. I have work developments totaling over 600 units. I am also a licensed Realtor and am in charge of acquisition for NCM Development.

Michalson Builders, Inc. is a diversified residential homebuilding, land development, and home restoration company that has expanded throughout the Houston Area. During this time I appraised over 300 apartment complexes valued at over 700 million dollars in the States of Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona. I also specialized in valuing Mobile Home Communities throughout the state and obtained my appraisal license during this time.

I served part-time as a foreman and assistant superintendent while attending college, learning construction basics.
