As an HR Intern for GAO Tek, my responsibilities included:- Recruiting and sourcing candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and headhunting techniques to identify potential talent- Posting job openings on various recruitment platforms to maximize visibility and attract a diverse pool of applicants- Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation- Scheduling interviews for senior HR staff, ensuring efficient coordination and time management- Managing communication with applicants through emails and LinkedIn, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining engagement- Assisting in talent acquisition initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent
