I am currently responsible for the day to day management of the Corporate Account Management team at Sharp UK. It is my responsibility to ensure that we listen and understand each Corporate customer's business and their needs. With this knowledge and understanding, as a technology partner we can offer IT hardware and software solutions which deliver tangible benefits and offer real value to our customers.

This role combined technical knowledge and understanding, with Project Management. It involves managing the implementation of complex Managed Print Service solutions, from contract award through to the handover to the Account Management team.My input can often begin with the tender submission, providing a detailed explanation of how the project would be delivered and the solution implemented. I am the central point of contact for the client, and assume responsibility for managing and planning all project related activity on behalf of Sharp Business Systems.For complex, software driven solutions this can mean managing relationships with third party companies, as well as any other stakeholders who may also have an involvement in the project. In my capacity as Project Manager it is often my responsibility, on behalf of the client, to manage the transition and co-ordinate the change process between suppliers. A key part of this role is the creation of the project plan, which includes defining strategies for managing risk and communication. I also liaise with our internal support team and/or external logistics partners to create a detailed roll-out schedule. Throughout the life of a project it is my responsibility to deliver any project related presentations – to an audience from all levels, and attend/chair any meetings which relate to the project.

Customer facing role providing all elements of pre-sales technical support to a national, field-based account management team. A key part of this role was taking responsibility for customer product (hardware & software) demonstrations. I was responsible for running print audits. Data collection was managed using software tools such as Print Auditor, Asset DB and currently My Sales Drive.Delivering presentations to audiences from all levels in support of a proposed solution, as well as responsiblity for providing training to Account Managers on new products, and developments within the Document Solutions market.

Joined Eurocopy as a trainee accountant working in the Group’s Commercial Dept. I was responsible for developing the sales order processing function and also liaising with third party finance companies. During this time I was also a member of the Group’s due diligence team tasked with evaluating companies which had been targeted as potential acquisitions.

Worked as part of the Projects Team at IBM’s UK Distribution Centre in West London.
