Administrative assistant responsible for receiving and addressing complaints, to include summons and security inquires. Daily assignments comprise of transposing officer reports, distribution and filing. Tasked with the distribution of temporary student parking passes and monitoring supply inventory.

Responsibilities include, meeting customers upon arrival at the service center, checking in vehicles, identifying existing problems and damage, followed by logging vehicles into database. Upon completion of repairs/service, also responsible for test driving vehicles to ensure vehicle was safe and in working order. Completion of cycle included returning vehicles back to owners location/home. The team and I were tasked with the transport of vehicles to and from dealer locations across the state of New Jersey. During the worldwide pandemic, I was tasked with the cleaning and disinfecting of loaner vehicles for customers.
