Once the policy and/or procedure is drafted the committee leader and BPDA executive committee will present it to H.R. and BPDA management.

Re-built the Bank On Boston Coalition from 18 to 279 participants. He created a youth Bank On strategy, including the development of surveys and focus groups that significantly contributed to the understanding of youth banking and financial education needs. He was joined in partnership with Charlestown Adult Services, the Mayor’s Economic Mobility Lab and numerous others. This was a project that enhanced The City's work and was taken on by Michael as a new competency. Additionally, as a research project it enhanced his professional development.Michael volunteered his time on a database management team to assist the Commonwealth on its Unemployment Insurance backlog during the pandemic.

This work was first developed at the Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier in 2008 and presented in Madrid at the festival In-presentable in June 2009 under the title to contemplate. It was later shown under the title floor pieces at the collection of Julia Stoschek in Düsseldorf in January 2009. Developed during several residencies, Le Roy worked with local performers in order to challenge the tendencies toward the consensus that he believes group work tends to perpetuate. Each phase of the ongoing project involves the transmission of scenes that have been composed in previous residencies while incorporating new scenes produced by the local group. The performance, developed over time, remains singular and renewed in each city.
