With over 27 years’ experience in the Accommodation sector, I have led extensive territories and multiple sites and built strong teams. I have an outstanding track record in applying successful business strategies which have led to the achievement of significant commercial outcomes and great guest experiences. In addition, my experience spans a great cross-section in the Tourism sector, having managed and developed ecotourism, tourism transport, marine-based tourism and accommodation products across all STAR ratings. My strengths lie in building guest-centric cultures focused on optimal service delivery while driving superior commercial outcomes and I love the challenge of contributing my expertise and seeing where I can make a difference to enhance a business.
