Help run the board and speak on behalf

The Peer Support Specialist (PSS) is an individual who has personal experience with the foster care system, and will utilize those experiences to collaborate with, mentor and coach participants of TNFC’s Bridge Program to aide in their success. In conjuction with the team, the PSS will provide ongoing engagement and support, assist with program forms and documents, assist participants in obtaining vital documents, provide transportation, and assist with accomplishment of goals and immediate needs. The PSS will assist in the developement and implementation of youth-guided services and provide feedback and insight to TNFC staff on ways to best support TNFC participants.
