My role with Dental 365 included full time clinical practice; auditing responsibilities for multiple locations; mentorship responsibilities and as part of a team overseeing roll out of new clinical initiatives.

My role with Mondovi Dental in Yorktown Heights involved bringing my clinical skills, leadership and proven patient-centered approach to redirect and drive productivity of a distressed practice. In a little over one year, across-the-board improvement was achieved in key metrics and patient care standards.

OneDent of Westchester was created through merger of three high-performing local practices; one of which was M.E. Smiles Dental. We built the OneDent office to be a model multi-specialty practice and an industry leader. In 2017 OneDent affiliated with Mondovi Dental and became part of one of the largest Dental Service Organizations in the country.

M.E. Smiles Dental PC operated as an independent dental practice from 2007 until 2016. In 2016 ME Smiles relocated to the Purchase Professional Park and merged into OneDent of Westchester.
