In that role Michael had executive oversight and thought leadership responsibility for the ongoing development, implementation, and management of The Resource Group’s Strategic Direction and User Directed Strategic Sourcing Model. This included responsibility for the optimization of resources, services and supplies through the national leaders of Chief Resource Officers, Field Operations, Contract Design, Strategic Sourcing, Pharmacy Services, Implementation and Project Management.
