Strategy & Leadership Responsibilities:Oversee the continuous enhancement of model risk management framework, and normative documentation including policies and procedures; Support audits and examinations, as well as lead remediation efforts; Coordinate and prepare for MRM Committee, and contribute to other board and management committees; Identify, design, and implement model risk metrics, measurements, and reporting; Ensure adherence to all model risk management processes and controls; Coordinate across regions to increase alignment and harmonization in MRM frameworks and practices; Coordinate MRM issues and governance with the firm’s investment risk and operational risk disciplines to contribute to the firm’s overall enterprise risk management framework; Be a thought-leader in model risk management field and stay abreast on model risk trends and leading industry practices to help shape MRM program in an evolving worldFiduciary Responsibilities:Co-operate and co-ordinate with Compliance, Legal and Internal Audit on MRM regulatory, system and control issuesEnsure the timely and accurate preparation of information in response to regulatory or other third-party requests;Support client RFP and due diligence activities with regard to MRMInvestment Risk Responsibilities: Run and review investment risk reports or dashboards to support Investment Risk Managers; Support new risk IT projects as project manager or business analyst.

Lead a Fintech driven Risk Management program, set governance and regulatory expectations across all business lines; perform periodic reviews on Finance, Credit, Fraud ML, and Acquisition ML models; coordinate internal/external validations with Data Science; perform Operational and Vendor Management risk assessments. Risk tier vendors based on criticality and importance to business continuity. Partner with Legal and Compliance to deliver a well rounded and sound program to meet regulatory requirements.

Review model validations, periodic reviews, and limited use waivers in order to provide sound expert knowledge and alignment with OCC/FDIC regulations. Input/update model specifics in SalesForce to insure repository information is accurate.
