As a Network Administrator, I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve problems and improve efficiency. I have developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of IT infrastructure and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.In my current role, I am responsible for troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues, leading IT projects, managing inventory, and managing network performance and security. I take pride in providing an exceptional end-user experience and am committed to resolving all issues promptly and effectively.I am skilled in the Linux command line, Active Directory, cloud, security, and networking. In addition to my technical expertise, I am also skilled in technical communication and documentation. I work closely with my team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence. I constantly seek new ways to enhance my skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends. In my current organization, we do not have a DBA, so the network administration team takes on that responsibility. For deeper and more critical troubleshooting, I partner with our software vendor's DBAs. By taking on this responsibility, it has allowed me to learn basic SQL and database management skills - specifically Oracle and MySQL. This has also sparked an interest in learning other languages, so I learned python. I would rank my python skills as 'intermediate'.Throughout my tenure, I have gained experience in information management, security, and networking.
