As a Partnership Marketing Coordinator with the Houston Texans, I manage high-profile partnerships and implement various activations and strategies to maximize the value of the partnership on and off the field. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of contractual obligations and the satisfaction of partner objectives. I also monitor and measure the performance and impact of the partnership activities and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.I have a BA in Media Strategies and a minor in Advertising from Texas Tech University, where I gained valuable skills and experience in communication, marketing, and research. I also completed internships with the Charlotte Hornets and Texas Tech Athletics, where I managed a small book of clients and their activations, assisted the new business development team, and took on leadership roles for various sports marketing initiatives. Through these internships, I developed my passion for sports and entertainment marketing and my ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a partnership marketing professional and to contribute to the success and growth of the Houston Texans and our partners.
