Transitioned from Team Member to Shift Leader within the first six months from the date of hire. Contributed to Team Chamberlain's improvement in store rank from one of the least performing outlets to #1 in our region, #12 in the entire corporation (that's nationwide, folks). I've done this by providing excellent customer service skills combined with the skill and speed needed to correctly prepare superior specialty foods, such as pizza, wings, potatoes and dessert items following very specific methods that require short preparation time, as well as, providing supervision, training, guidance and support for 3-4 team members on any given shift.
