Defined and implemented a technology strategy to renew and improve the management of a large, diverse group of applications.This included identifying and analysing alternative approaches within the constraints of architectural frameworks and commercial considerations. The project covered around 75 applications, used by departments right across the organisation.In addition I mapped the high level architectural roadmap for the majority of the BBC's main applications.

The role ranged from strategic reviews through to shaping and defining specific projects. I specialised in enterprise architecture and technology strategy. Also key to this role was the development of media specific solutions along with the business and technology services needed to support them.
