Provides Emergency Management (EM) policy and guidance to 100 Air Force Emergency Managers assigned to eight major operating bases throughout Europe. One of seven US Air Force active duty members worldwide responsible for career field sustainment; including personnel manning, equipment requirements and sustainment priorities. Develops and coordinates policy guidance to all US Air Forces within the US European and Africa Commands concerning nuclear, chemical, biological, and radiological defense. Responsible for sustainment and upgrade of multi-million dollar chemical, biological, and radiological defense response equipment. Develops, reviews, and updates secret and top secret level Department of Defense and Air Force plans and publications. Develops and validates inspection checklists, ensuring unit mission capability and compliance. Allocates personnel, equipment, and funding to meet emerging mission requirements. Liaises with US European Command (USEUCOM) to develop DOD response to Foreign Consequence Management and Chemical, Biological Radiological, and Nuclear response missions. Develops and provides input into war plans, joint training and exercises. Oversees response task force planning and response to potential nuclear accidents and incidents within the European Theater. Validates command Emergency Management personnel and equipment deployment capability. Validates and provides input to various working groups to meet emerging threats and requirements.

Advised the Director of Training Support, Wing, Group, and Squadron Commanders on planning, scheduling, execution and evaluation of military training for over 4,400 cadets. Advised cadet leadership and permanent party wing staff on operations, training and personnel issues to achieve training and leadership objectives. Managed, oversaw, and assigned personnel to major cadet training events and ceremonies such as cadet basic military training and major training events to include parades, graduation ceremonies and special events attended by 100,000 visitors & dignitaries annually. Managed Academy Military Trainer (AMT) accession, selection, allocation, and utilization of 114 AMTs. Managed AMT training school, validating quantity and quality of instruction, updating training plans as required and out of cycle when appropriate. Chief Group Full Spectrum Threat Response Operations- AFSOC Readiness liaison with HQ AFSOC, at Hurlburt AFB Florida, US Air Forces Europe (USAFE), and US Army and Navy forces serving in the European theater and forward deployed locations. During contingency Operations served as Crisis Action Team and Joint Air Operations Center (JOAC) Executive Officer, oversaw command and control of forward deployed assets and personnel during contingency operations. Associate 1st Sergeant for 200 personnel, provided the Commander with a mission ready force. Key member of the Threat Working Group and Force Protection Working Group, evaluated operational threats and recommended suitable protective measures. Developed, executed and oversaw local and headquarters driven readiness exercises. Prepared, maintained, and monitored operations plans and supporting documents for mobility, response, recovery operations containing weapons of mass destruction (WMD), disaster, contingency plans, and supporting agreements. Coordinated and conducting readiness training. Lead an exercise Control Group (ECG) comprising 50 members from 6 squadrons, impacting over 1010 personnel and 19 fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Created exercise schedules, developed ground rules, evaluation areas, report formats, and grading criteria for the ECG team. Adapted team composition, exercise prop requirements, equipment, and reporting procedures to counteract emerging threats. Integrated special operations requirements into host wing exercises.
