Emergency Management Operations Technician. Alternate Installation Emergency Manager and Alternate Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Manager. Emergency Support Function 5 (Emergency Management) Representative, HAZMAT Technician . Serves as lead Emergency Manager, when the primary Emergency Manager is unavailable. Develops and publishes Event Action Plans (EAP)s for large scale installation level events requiring EOC activation. Performs Emergency Management Program reviews at to all tier one (primary) installation units. CBRN Defense Survival Skills, EOC, Control Center instructor. Emergency Management P.O.C. for all events requiring Civil Engineering, or CBRN/HAZMAT support. Coordinates and develops protection plans integrating Department of Energy Radiological Assistance Team, Department of Homeland Security, Domestic Nuclear Detection Office, Mobile Detection Deployment Units (MDDUs), State Civil Support Team, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Hazardous Evidence Response Team (HERT), and Air Force Academy organic assets. Alternate Equipment custodian, maintains and employs all assigned government and company assets. Certified Honeywell AreaRae technician. Maintains and deploys Honeywell AreaRae detection equipment during airshow equivalent events and when requested by installation level leadership. Primary Unit Anti-Terrorism Representative. Manages unit specific Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAM) Program. Manages and tracks unit Antiterrorism training. Unit representative for Installation level Threat Working Group (TWG), Antiterrorism Threat Working Group (ATWG), and Integrated Defense Working Group (IDWG). Updates the Unit Antiterrorism Operating Instruction at least annually. Unit Secure Voice Responsible Officer, manages unit secure communications (secure internet (SIPR) and secure telephone. HAZMAT Technician, responds/analyses CBRN/white powder events. Provides SME advice to the Incident Commander
