UNOPS was leading the implementation of a three-year World bank funded multi million USD Project “Enhancing Community Resilience and Local Governance (ECRP)' with the Objective to improve access to basic services and strengthen community institutions in South Sudan. As Senior Civil engineer; my role were as follows; Participate in all engineering designs, (buildings, bridges, culverts and roads) Participate in procurement of works  Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status Assign responsibilities and mentor project team Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective action

Save the children international was implementing programs for Children in South Sudan, these programs include Health, Education, Child protection, Hunger and livelihood, emergency responses and Global policy advocacy. All those programs required construction and renovation of Structures such as schools, hospitals, Youth recreation centers and structures for emergencies response. As a construction manager, I played the following roles.- Assessment of structures for renovation and produce bill of Quantities- Design of new structures such as schools, hospitals, residential house for Save the children staffs in the field- Construction supervision ( QA/QC)- Procurement of work where I advise on technical evaluation - Draft contracts and settle disputes with Contractors - Advise on Program design and implementation- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning- Reporting to management periodically - Participate in Planning and Budgeting

R-FM International was Awarded a projects of renovation and Up-grading of security system of Dutch and Norwegian embassies in juba in 2017, they also had projects with other NGOs and European Union where they work on construction of offices and residential houses, my role as a project manager was to;- Design of the structures and supervise the construction- Managing workers and project management - I also provides technical advice to the company on the following areas; Civil/infrastructure Soils and Foundation Structural Engineering Roads and Transportation Maritime engineering Water and Sanitation Environmental advice

I had a opportunity to train with the UK Highway Agency in UK where I acquired skills in Mega construction and relevance design skills including bridges, roads and other bigger structures, I also learned much on Construction management skills. I had opportunity to learn Basic of BIM in a construction management.

Greater Pioneer Operating Company is the descendent of the Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company, which operates in the oil rich area of unity state, the oil company had a construction department that construct road network in oil field, residential houses for workers, construction of schools and hospitals for the communities around the oil field and support other departments where necessary. As a Construction engineer, I played the following roles; Structural design of the buildings Road design and supervision  Certification of payment Supervision of construction works. Procurement of works  Preparing contract documents for execution.  Administrating change control procedures.  Issuing instructions such as variations, or relating to prime cost sums or making good defects.  Considering claims.  Chairing construction progress meetings
