I coordinate the planning, sales and production teams to ensure that the relevant products are delivered throughout the world. Keeping to tight deadlines within a high-pressured environment; I am required to process multiple orders and answer queries from worldwide and internal customers. Before my arrival we had endless and expensive logistical problems due to administrative errors and I have reduced these to zero.Travelling to subsidiaries within Europe to build rapport and to review, and agree, KPI’s to ensure processes are effective and efficient. Despite my age I am well-travelled and adapt to new environments and cultures to achieve the best result.Organise and chair weekly conference calls for our key subsidiaries throughout Europe covering everything from marketing, strategy and developments.Ensure territory and sales managers have in-depth data on past and future sales.Achievements:Implemented several process changes relating to the team’s working method which has vastly improved their efficiency.A pivotal part of the testing team that has successfully implemented an ERP system within our new Australian subsidiary.After a very short period I took over the managing of 22 of The Binding Site’s most demanding and valuable customers equating to £3,244,013 worth of sales between January and August in 2019.
