Setup and operate many types of Okuma Mac Turn machines. Operate robotic machines for loading and unloading parts in machine centers. Also Okuma LU 25 and Captain with automated feeder system. Operate forklifts for moving forgings and parts to assigned locations.

Pool and spa Technician - Do weekly or bi-weekly pool maintenance to in ground and above ground pools. Assist with pool liner replacements. Diagnose problems and do repairs to pool pump assembly, also pool openings and closings. Diagnose and repair or replace pumps and other parts of spas.Above ground pools - using a water level of gravity device, dig block in ground for track of pool. Stand up wall and assemble uprights, bead receiver and top supports. Assemble ladders and pool filter for operation. Sand and DE filter systems. Apply sand and liner making sure liner to fit properly with no wrinkles when adding water.In ground pools – Assemble panels and deck supports, concrete footers, grade ground and place forms for concrete deck area. Mix perlite and concrete mix for pool bottom. Driving dump trucks and pulling trailers with bobcats. with some bobcat experience.

Setup and operate CNC machines in a work cell. CNC machines such as Okuma, Mori Seiki, Haas, Daewoo and some Mazak. Programming skills with listed CNC machines, Kinetic balancing, and broaching. Fellows 10-4 automatic gear shaper cutting operations. Computer controlled pin stamping for identification. Also worked in the tool crib calibration lab. Skills in tool grinding and fixture making in the machine tool room.Train new employees the skills of being a machinist.

Cylinder building - Engine lathes, cutoff lathes, etc.. Annex building - Setup and operated CNC press brake, and Operated CNC laser cutting machine by Bystronic. Final 3 building - Ran and operated entire stockroom myself. Operated Forklifts, Drexels, and Pickers. Wiring Assembler - Setup area needed to make wiring harnesses for cranes and manlifts with all plugs and wire ends as needed. Final 1 building - Assembled Manlift 66D line, I assembled frames, hydraulic lines,& tires. Also turntables, counterweights, vavlebanks, and booms. I left due to a large amount of layoffs at that time!

Engine rebuilds, tune-ups, tire change and balance, state inspection, heater core replacements etc.. Operated certified AC freon recharging equipment. Turned rotors and drums.

Worked there on Co-op program from Vo-tech school. Ran mostly small equipment and some automated lathes and milling machines
