As Treasurer for the Guild of Essex Toastmasters I am responsible for keeping accounts of all income and expenditure and producing audited accounts at the Annual General Meeting.All payments from the Guild are countersigned by myself and the Secretary.

As a Registrar I was responsible for the registration of births, deaths and marriages as well as conducting marriage, renewal of vows and naming ceremonies.Another aspect of the role involved carrying out Nationality checks for those who wished to obtain British Nationality.

Assisted bereaved families deal with probate and estate management. Provided advice and guidance in the preparation of Wills.My role also included the training of branch staff to deal with bereaved families and to offer the services of the Probate department in their time of need.
