Supports development of VHA Health Business Architecture to provide framework/context and content for categorizing, planning, and aligning business processes, information models and business requirements. Responsible for creation and maintenance of multiple client deliverables to include Monthly Technical Reports, Process Integration Reports, Health Segment Modeling Facilitation and Execution Progress Reports, etc. in accordance with CMMI Level 3 standards. Supports development and maintenance of the VHA Business Architecture Repository (BAR), including its associated reports and usage guidance. Supports development of Integrated DoD/VA Business Architecture models in support of the DoD/VA Integrated EHR program to include the Integrated Business Reference Model (iBRM).

Provided ongoing analysis of Enterprise Architecture and Data Strategy (EADS) requirements related to Enterprise Information Management/Information Technology, Warfare, Business, and Logistics mission areas. Supported development of the Department of Navy’s Federated Enterprise Architecture by drafting and reviewing Segment and Enterprise-Level Reference Architectures. Also, performed Forcenet Compliance Consolidation Checklist (FCCC), Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), and Information Support Plans (ISP) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) reviews on various Programs of Record’s (POR) solution architectures and data strategy plans.

Managed project plan, schedule, costs & operating budget analysis, change management task prioritization, and requirements planning and development efforts. Supervised project health and progression, providing risk mitigation plans or change of direction when necessary to ensure projects met or exceeded client expectations. Led development team activities such as client requirements review, architecture & design documentation drafting, code reviews, and test case/test plan execution both onsite and remotely through the use of teleconferencing and collaborative portals. Analyzed and assessed business & IT needs, and planned a phased approach to meet those needs.
