Since that day, I am in charge with several quality kpi’s and DPMO rates. For example TPH, PNOV, AT STATIONS. As a Nightshift manager, my job is to deep dive in the numbers from the day before, find out root causes for not reached goals, gather all necessary information’s, set them together and prepare the comments for our DBR review in the morning. As a leader in amazon I set goals for my team and myself, which are challenging but achievable. I support our employees in their careers and try to mentor them as good as I can on their way to success. It can be difficult with up to 90 people during “Peak”, but not impossible. In addition to that, I was able to mentor two of our employees to grow in a Step Up position in Peak 2021. Which makes me proud. From operational site, I am responsible for the safety and inbound processes: Receiving, Induction and Stowing. In addition, to this we have high quality targets to reach, to fulfill our customer’s promises. In order to that I work closely with our Problem Solve team, to find the defects before a customer is affected and find a solution to avoid this from happening in the future.
