Mike performs accounting and auditing services for a variety of clients such as restaurants, dealerships, manufacturing, governmental and nonprofit entities, employee benefit plans and other small businesses.Mike also provides tax services for individuals, nonprofits, and business entities.In 2016, Mike was appointed as a member of the Nevada State Board of Accountancy by the Governor's office to serve a three year term as one of the six Certified Public Accountants position's on the Board.Mike has been actively involved in the Nevada Society of CPA's (NVCPA) for many years, serving on the Board of Directors since 2005 and holding the office of President (2009-2010) and Treasurer (2011-2015).Mike recently served as Nevada's only elected member of the governing council and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mike is a graduate of the 1995 Leadership Reno-Sparks Program (LRS) and has served as an advisory board member of the Alumni Association of LRS.
