Survey, Inspect all soft, and hard structures for deficencies, and wear due to clent use, and deterioration from the elements. Submit detailed daliy, semi-annual, and annual reports, as well as daily estimates to trades offices for repair, and or replace as needed per Corp of Engineers building codes, and or guidelines.

Managed, scheduled, and co-ordinated multiple sub-contracctors on JOC contract at Ft. Hood Texas on a minimum of five projects with a minimum value of 1,000,000 dollars per project. This was a tear out, and rebuild as needed.

Managed, supervised, and co-ordinated rough to finish remodelling, and build back on a cost plus project(LOGCAP IV) in a hostile enviroment several nationalities.
