• Analyze and interpret leases, conveyances, title opinions and farmout agreements in order to calculate Net Revenue Interest and Working Interest in oil and gas units.• Generate and review comprehensive ownership reports based on title research for the surface and mineral estate and determine any burdens on the interest on 90,000 acre leasing project.• Determine surface, mineral and leasehold ownership through research of public records for various counties throughout Texas and Oklahoma.• Run drillsite title and examine every type of document that may affect the subject property to prepare runsheets for a title attorney.• Work on due diligence team to verify interest of seller for acquisition and divestiture projects through extensive title research and title opinion analysis.

• Management of DFC Cycles and Fitness including repairs, ordering, receiving, inventory, warranties, merchandising, maintenance, sales promotions, and customer relations. • Provide onsite sales support to customers for existing inventory of store merchandise at three locations.• Purchase new store merchandise and negotiate purchase of any used equipment items being sold or traded in.• Serve as an on the job training mentor to new sales associates and serve as a subject matter expert to employees in all store policies and procedures.• Maintain electronic database used to establish store inventory and to determine order totals from vendors at multiple store locations.
