The company are currently working on a project to re-brand the website, which I have been lucky to be involved with. As an intern, I have been supporting the Marketing Manager in the following ways:Keyword Research- Researching keywords that can be used as Meta Tags for SEO and for PPC campaigns. Link Building- Increasing the inbound links to the website. Competitor Analysis- Analysing what the company's competitors are doing online. Social Media- Creating a social media plan that can be used to build the company's online presence Website Maintenance- Using WordPress to update and maintain the current company website.

Duties included:Customer Service; Acted as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs were met. Administrative Support; Assisted team members and other business functions with weekly reports and monthly reports.Invoice processing; Issued invoices to customers, issued monthly invoice statements and updated customer master file with invoice information. Operations; Overseeing customer's shipments from booking stage to delivery stage.
