New Footscray Hospital ProjectI lead the transition of services and assets from the current hospital to the new facility, ensuring the efficient and strategic relocation of physical assets within the healthcare facility. This includes planning and executing the movement of services, encompassing medical equipment, administrative functions, and all other essential elements of the hospital infrastructure including the workforce.- I am the product owner of the Facility Transition Master Plan and lead developer of the Power BI interactive reporting. The Facility Transition Plan maps all activities for the 40 services operating at Footscray Hospital to transition their staff and departments from the old to the new hospital. This is managed through an iterative and cyclic process, Service Relocation Planning, that interacts with operational staff through 28 stakeholder groups to map tasks, interdependencies, and timelines. The SRP tools and process allows services to forecast workforce uplift for activities outside BAU levels to support the hospital relocation and commissioning over the 120-day transition period. This includes ownership of reporting on all regulatory and licensing requirements to open the new hospital from federal and state statutory and regulatory bodies. This interactive reporting and cyclic, operations led methodology has been created to communicate timely and accurate information that can be easily tailored to the correct services across the 13,000 strong Western Health workforce.- I am a key member of the Public Private Partnership stakeholder working groups representing Western Health to facilitate the smooth transition of services and ensuring both safety and business continuity as we move to operate in Western Health’s first PPP. This involves both influence and close collaboration with our private partners to ensure adherence to Western Health’s strategic objectives of Best Care and a seamless transition to the PPP environment.

My role as Site Services Manager - Specialist: Rigging Services & Broadcast Lighting was an integral part of the Venue Development & Overlay team. Pre/ Post Games Responsibilities:Coordinate, monitor and report on delivery, testing and commissioning of broadcast lighting and rigging services across a cluster of sites.Manage ongoing relationships with service providers and contractors to ensure effective and efficient delivery while maintaining awareness of budget constraints and deliver to the set budget. Assist reporting function by ensuring that load tables, schedules and risk management are accurate, up to date and delivered on timeGames Time Responsibilities:Coordinate VDO site service contractors for Power, Hydraulics, HVAC, Structural Overlay, Broadcast Lighting and Rigging to ensure service level to other functional areas. Manage planned changeovers in infrastructure with VDO and other GOLDOC contractors at the OXN, CSC and other cluster two venues.

For six years I worked as a leading up rigger and/or ground rigger in arena, theater, outdoor stadium, exhibition and uncommon buildings environments. Regular Duties: Designated the crew chief for a specific venue that Capricorn held venue service contracts for or job. As the crew chief I would liaise with touring head riggers, production & tour management and the rigging crew to ensure streamlined communication of job specific goals and that labour requirements were kept within budget constraints. The process was successful and the system was purchased with planned compatibility with Rod Laver Arena's capital works rigging grid upgrade. Seamless integration with both the old and new rigging grids was achieved as a result of the 2016 load cell installation.During 2015-17 I oversaw the planning and operational delivery of rigging services for Christmas decorations across 17 retail shopping centers in greater Melbourne. The annual installations required specialist crew with high skill levels and clever scheduling to meet the needs of four separate clients while upholding Capricorn's contractual obligations for service provision in various live music venues.

I worked part time from 2012 to 2014 in the Melbourne Rigging Dept. servicing chain hoists, maintaining rigging equipment and other warehousing duties. I also worked on local and touring productions as a rigger, lighting systems tech and automation technician during this period.I then continued to work casually for PRG Australia on a job by job basis from 2015-16. Some highlights included operating Kinesys automation for:Ricky Martin, David Guetta @ Stereosonic Festival, Arcade Fire, Victorian State School Spectacular 2013-15 and AFL Grand Final Footy Show at Rod Laver Arena 2013-15.
