I am a civil servant with over 40 years’ policy development and project implementation experience in several Government Departments covering an extensive range of subjects of National and International concern. Extensive International representation and negotiation would define my skill set.As a direct result of these high-level engagements on significant European and International policy issues I have developed specialist knowledge and expertise and made significant contributions to the development and implementation of National and European and Global policies and strategies in these areas over the past 25 years. I have a wide range of management skills in areas, including, leadership, analysis and decision making, financial planning, project management and delivery of results, interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and diplomacy, drive and commitment together with a certain amount of language skills.I display persistence, resilience, dependability and am motivated to produce high quality results and optimize opportunities. I am committed to continuing to work at the highest levels and believe that my skill set, experience and expertise would ensure that I can make a significant contribution towards meeting the challenges faced by companies and organizations.
