As a technical co-founder I played a role in every part of the application. My main responsibilities were developing the mobile application's UI following the best UX practices and the API behind it.The core product that we developed as Flake was an "Amazon Go"-like smart shop that used as little hardware as possible to track items taken from the shelves, returned to the shelves and finally purchased by the store's customers. As EVID, we developed multiple applications and worked on many projects during a relatively short period of time.We started EVID by working as contractors for a Swiss company called Global Risk Profile. My main duty was production application and database management and development for an international high-performance digital loans platform (9 markets) running in Amazon AWS. My tasks included application development, corrections to production data & batch data fixes, automation of repeated tasks, developing application health monitoring solutions and optimization of internal workflows for the whole team.During this two year tenure, as one of my biggest accomplishments to date, I single-handedly developed a unified monitoring system (architecture, coding and implementation) that used Django REST framework & React. My solution was implemented as a web application/dashboard and it is integrated with the main platform through web services, database queries and Elasticsearch services.
