Job Summary: Assist Operations Manager in planning, directing, or coordinating the operations of the Vehicle Processing Operation at the MBUSI Vance location. Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations and planning the use of materials and human resources. Communicate with managers to determine projected workload. Insure proper staffing of department. Monitor the quality and timeliness of work performed. Evaluates, disciplines, and counsels employees as needed. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. Duties and Responsibilities:• With assistance from Operations Manager, coordinate and supervise facility’s day to day line/shuttle activities• Ensure needed resources for daily operations are present at shift start• Ensure personnel have mutilation free uniforms and safety equipment as necessary • Conduct daily Safety Brief when required• Assign work locations to personnel• Conduct internal audits and make suggestions for corrective action if needed• Document performance issues and coordinate corrective actions with Operations Manager, including counseling forms• Assist in setting team goals and see them to completion, involving team in the process• Observe and assist where needed• Make appropriate changes in activities when needed• Ensure QVP policies and procedures are followed along with MBUSA work instructions• Report safety or quality issues in a timely manner to appropriate parties with accompanying forms• React in a productive and positive manner to changes• Complete daily report when needed

• Process Loans for HARP (Home Affordability Refinance Program)• Maintain open line of communication between the borrower, myself, the mortgage consultant and the underwriter.• Process loans in compliance with HUD guidelines • Maintain pipeline of 30-50 loans

• Responsible for building the files to perform foreclosure review for the OCC Audit Project.
