In what was a challenging and diverse time for the business, I was tasked with moving across within the Coles brand to a subsidiary (Chef Fresh), newly acquired from Jewel Fine Foods. This secondment saw me set up new processes and working side by side with the Operations Manager to champion a new way of management.
