Engineer turned entrepreneur, with a rich tapestry of experiences that stretch from launching startups in various corners of the globe to spearheading roles as CTO and CEO in a family-operated contact center service, I offer a blend of technical prowess and strategic leadership. My academic foundation in electronics engineering was further enriched by hands-on roles in IT network, cybersecurity, and architecture. However, my journey didn’t stop between technology and business. Over the years, I've ventured into diverse sectors, founding startups in both tech and agriculture, including 5 years in China and the APAC region.In my 11-year tenure overseeing a family business, I was CEO of top-tier contact center Memo Group, that provides their services to healthcare sectors, different industries, and strong consumer brands. This leadership journey culminated in an established partnership alongside a private equity partner. Currently, I am honing my entrepreneurial skills further at Harvard Business School through the OPM program, an emblem of excellence for entrepreneurs.My strength lies not just in fostering company growth but in molding it through strategic vision, guidance at both business and personal levels for founders, and leveraging my extensive knowledge in financial and legal intricacies and investment landscapes, from angel investments to Series A rounds with my investment firm Erlea Ventures.
