A. Manages the supply & project installations, ensuring that executions are compliant to contractual provisions.B. Monitor and report progress of projects on regular basis; initiates necessary handover activities on project completion.C. Liaises with team members, clients, architects, consultants, contractors and manufacturers on CCTV Systems for fit-out requirements.D. Oversees the development and sustainability of security and operating efficiency, through IP video, CCTV and access control systems.E. Ensure the accurate recording of all events and actions monitored from within the control room including the maintenance of daily logs.F. Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.G. Ensure effective application of CCTV, and monitoring systems to reduce theft, identify procedural and operation violations and health and safety issues. H. Engage in observation, visual analysis, trend and pattern analysis, and visual investigations during this implementation.I. Ensure effective communication and guidance of Security Services responses under incident or emergency conditions. J. Supervise and assist in the direction of activities of the Security Department. K. Ensure the security system’s integrity maintained. L. Supervise subordinates to ensure that all system operators are equipped, trained and qualified to perform their duties in an appropriate manner M. Monitor all systems within the Control centre in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation and the codes of practice.N. Report equipment failure to the site supervisor to maximize operation of the system. O. Support the CCTV Manager and site supervisor by providing monitoring of the maintenance programmed to ensure full provision of the system.P. Assist in the delivery of the objectives set out in the service and implementation plan.
