Engage on Regional Projects when New Products and/or services were in the Scope of Work. Collaborate with the Engineering & Methods team, Product Development Unit & Technical Sales Support to deliver Knowledge Transfer workshops early in the engagement.Drove Implementation of Deployment Tools for Site Design & Engineering, Configuration, Commissioning & Integration, and Acceptance. Host weekly meetings to track progress, identify actions and assign ownership to those actions, and ensure that the tool is implemented in time to support the deployment. After Implementation is complete, track utilization on the project to ensure effective impact on maximizing margins.Supported NSDP(NRO Services Development Project) by creating a condensed forecast for the team to see where the product would deploy globally. This allowed for timely planning of First Office Applications to complete the final validation of the Services Collateral. Additionally created a Readiness Checklist for every release of a product to distribute to the Regions, ensuring they had quick and easy access to the Services Collateral. This included Pre-Sales, Delivery and Competence Build collateral. Supported projects for Transport products(Microwave, Optical, Fronthaul and Backhaul), Router 6000 series, Site Solutions, and Smart Laptop(Site Integration tool)Drove successful First Node Implementations for Smart Laptop in Germany & Indonesia, Router 6000 in Nigeria, and Baseband 5212 in South Africa. Drove tools implementation across West & Central Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa as those were my assigned Regions.Helped establish an NPI Team in the Business Unit by creating an Organizational Structure, Regional Responsibility Matrix, and Internal Responsibility Matrix. Assisted in establishing new Ways of Working. Was tagged as the Senior Readiness Prime, and mentored the new primes as we grew the team.

As a part of the Sprint Network Vision project I was assigned as the Cutover Manager for the Georgia & Mississippi markets. The objective was to migrate traffic from the old Nortel Metrocell to the new Ericsson Radio Base Station. Working closely with the Implementation Managers we would plan which sites to cut on a daily basis, I had four teams assigned to me to accomplish this task. During the cuts I would coordinate with onsite engineers, tower crews, RF Engineering, and multiple remote Integration Engineers. I would orchestrate all the steps to migrate over to the new RBS. The pressure on this part of the project was immense as we had to Cutover 5200 sites from December 1st to March 1st. As a team we wound up exceeding this goal and got approximately 5600 sites of which my contribution was around 400. After the cell site work was complete I was then assigned to do Trunk Migrations on two new switches in the Orlando, FL market. This included extensive planning by dividing the market up into clusters and understanding which trunks(T1's) supported those clusters, and then creating a Migration Plan to ensure there was no impact to network traffic. I executed port pesting on each switch to ensure the hardware would come into service. I would then create scripting for each night of work that would take the trunks out of service, return the trunks to service, and run continuity testing.On cut nights for the Trunk Migrations I was coordinating with the Customer Switch Techs & Ericsson Database Engineers. I would orchestrate the steps for Pre-Checks, taking the trunks down, database changes, returning the trunks to service, ICOT testing, and finally Post-Checks. I was also responsible to open and track any trouble tickets, and drive them through to closure. We successfully migrated 3200 T1's in this market.I also successfully cut a 50 site cluster in Colorado for Verizon on their GSM network that moved the sites to a new Base Station Controller.
