Custom testing involves testing of parts not typical to catalog conditions, testing customer returned parts and determining what caused the part to fail, helping to debug customers board that have our parts integrated in the circuit. Conducting intricate testing such as settling time switching speed, and phase noise. Writing of custom programs in LabVIEW to automate and speed up the process of taking data. Creating assembly drawings that will put bare die into custom microwave and millimeter wave housings.

Supported engineering development of products and exploration of new technology product concepts. Participates in selection and acquisition of commercial parts needed for projects, construction and acquisitions of test equipment, preparation of parts drawings, and in evaluation of engineering prototypes, train testers. Have in-depth knowledge of microwave measurements. Worked with all of the connectorized modules and was responsible for testing and debugging failing units. Engraving of units for Boeing contract, and various other modules. Debugged various automated test setups to determine why units are not working.Have working knowledge of software for microwave testing, mechanical drawing and familiarity with test software devolved by or purchased by the company.Worked closely with engineers and product development engineers during the process.

Responsible for building automated RF test systems for use by production and product development. This included the integration of test equipment, fixtures and software and culminating with the verification of each test set.
