In my role as Technical Project Manager, I was responsible for (3) Three State Lotteries (Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont). Each of these state lotteries was scheduled for (4) releases a year. I was responsible for the successful deployment of (8) releases during my time at Intralot. The TPM job duties included using MS Project for tracking and scheduling of releases. The MS Project and Jira applications were interfaced, thus the MS Project schedule created Jira tasks, which were used to monitor progress on a daily basis. I was responsible for scheduling, agendas, and facilitation of Kick-Off meetings, stakeholder / customer weekly meetings and the internal publication of a daily progress report for each state lottery. Worked closely with developers to track tasks, determine effort estimations for projects / tasks. Assisted with QA problem tracking and escalation of critical issues / risks. Assisted Network and BA with setup of UAT / PROD environments, in support of initial implementation At Massachusetts Lottery.

Managed 4 - 6 concurrent projects with emphasis on bi annual Card Brand Regulation releases. The bi-annual releases consisted of 50+ stakeholders and budgets in excess of $250,000. These projects were managed utilizing a waterfall methodology. Maintained MS Project schedule for tracking milestones and managing timeline. Managed a Clarity schedule in support of timekeeping. Demand Mgmt, tracking issues / risks. Project contact for change control needs and exception requests. Managed a SharePoint containing project documentation related to project audit artifacts, test cases / results, etc. Provide weekly status updates to Stakeholders and Sr. Management. Facilitated Weekly Meetings and provide agendas and recaps of all meetings. Completed lessons learned documentation, provided audit artifacts.
