    My jobs include dealing with any 2nd Line Support queries that come in on a daily basis, and working closely with 3rd Line Support to resolve issues. Monitor and maintain all of our Cisco Catalyst 2960 switches across the group, and perform configuration changes when needed (VLANs, port management, DHCP, DNS etc.). Look after the primary and secondary lines in all of our venues, escalating any major issues to 3rd Line Support whenever necessary. Look after any new lines going into our venues, and implement other solutions when needed (satellite trucks, or 4G routers for remote box offices etc.). Look after the wifi across the group, and work closely with SKY to make sure all of our Access Points are always up. The first port of call when any of our systems are struggling. Also manage and maintain the Avaya IP Office phone systems across the group, along with our Polycom Video Conferencing systems.
