About Michael Deem

I've been working for Dupont at the Chambers works plant since 2006 as an operator at the waste water treatment plant and phosgene processing plant.I pride myself on the ability to work safely and solve problems under extreme pressure in extremely hazardous environments.I also place great value in continuing education and self improvement.During my time at waste water I participated in PHA's, obtained my industrial waste water license, was detailed on several occasions to be a shift supervisor, and was one of the primary peer to peer trainers when a lot of the new operators arrived to the site.I moved to the phosgene production plant in September 2016.In that time I became both field and control room qualified.
