The role encompassed the following:Maximising income by focusing on enhancing business partner relationships, identifying sales growth opportunities, store and product development, understanding the financial, operational, marketing and contract performance of the retailer.Monitor and analyse retailer performance with respect to sales, revenue, pricing/value, service level standards, product range and adjacencies, out of stocks, performance to budget, KPI’s and adherence to contractual requirements.Working collaboratively with key retailer stakeholders on store performance, category trends and sales opportunities. Frequent liaison with store managers regarding day to day presentation and operations, product performance and promotions.Identifing new business opportunities relating to luxury retail and duty free. Complete subsequent business cases from feasibility (including modelling impact of sales product mix, replication of offer) through to approval and execution.Presenting business development plans to senior management highlighting opportunities, challenges and strategies to maximise sales, revenue and the customer experience.Preparing (within broad guidelines and direction) capex, opex, sales and revenue budgets for retailers within the luxury category portfolio
